WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?  

Your order will be delivered with our contracted Yurtiçi Kargo company.  

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?  

The products you order are delivered to all over Turkey with free shipping.  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?  

After your orders are created, they are packaged and delivered to cargo within 5 business days at the latest. Since we want to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, we strive to act in a way to shorten this period.  

WHAT IS YOUR PROCEDURE FOR DAMAGED AND INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS?  

First of all, we carefully prepare and pack your orders so that your experience with Lakin is the best. If you want to be delivered to you from the cargo in any way damaged or incomplete, take a photo of the cargo to be delivered to you and contact us or if you have shopped through e-commerce platforms, contact them. Do not accept damaged or missing products. In the event that the products are received without inspection, the product is deemed to be free of defects and defects. 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I ORDERED? 

You can return your orders within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive your orders by sending them to us within 14 (fourteen) days with Yurtçi Kargo. 

WITH WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?  

You can return the product you want to return by sending us an e-mail to hello@lakinstore.co regarding the product you want to return and then delivering your product with Yurtiçi Kargo with the return code 1124543973. 
We cannot accept free returns other than Yurtiçi Kargo. For this reason, if you return with a cargo company other than Yurtçi Kargo, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the product price and the return will be realized.  

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN CONDITIONS?  

The products must be shipped complete and undamaged without damaging the product box, that is, the packaging, together with the cargo box and the bag, if any, as it reaches you. Returns of products are not accepted if they are used, if the product itself or its packaging is damaged or if it has lost its originality for similar reasons.  

HOW LONG DO YOU REFUND THE PRODUCT PRICE?  

Upon receipt of the products, they will be examined and the price of the products returned in accordance with the specified conditons will be refunded to you within 5 business days. Please note that the completion of your refund may take longer depending on your bank’s refund procedure.  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?  

You can track your order on your order page. 

WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY PRODUCT INVOICE?  

Your product invoice is sent to the e-mail address you provided during the order. Please check your e-mail, including the spam (junk) box. 

DO YOU DO GIFT WRAPPING?  

Our products are carefully delivered in their own special box wrapped in plush paper. The product box is also placed in a special cargo box for our brand to prevent damage. Our products are suitable to be sent as gifts with their own boxes. We cannot make extra packaging or decoration. 

WHAT IS YOUR PROCEDURE IN CASE OF STOCK FAILURE?  

Our products are offered for sale with stock. Updates are regularly entered into the system to avoid any errors in our stocks. However, in the unlikely event that a product that is not in stock is ordered due to any systemic problem, this order will be canceled immediately and your refund will be reflected in your bank. 

HOW TO CARE FOR THE PRODUCTS?  

Silk is a luxurious and attractive fabric, but it is also a delicate fabric. In order for our products to accompany you for many years, we recommend that you dry clean them, do not expose them directly to rain and sun for a long time, and keep them away from chemicals that can damage the fabric such as perfume, alcohol and hairspray. We also prefer 14 momme twill silk fabric with diagonal weaving to increase the durability of the product and add an aesthetic texture. Despite all this, we recommend that you keep it away from sharp objects, remembering that silk is a fabric that requires kindness.
