Delivery

After your orders are created, they are packaged and delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo within 5 business days at the latest. Since we want to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, we strive to act in a way that will shorten this period.

Return

The products must be returned to the cargo in the same condition as they were delivered to you, without damaging the product box, i.e. the packaging, together with the cargo box and bag if any. If the product has been used, the product itself or its packaging has been damaged, or if it has lost its originality for similar reasons, the return of the product will not be accepted. You can return the product you wish to return by sending us an information e-mail to hello@lakinstore.co and then returning your product with Yurtiçi Kargo with the 1124543973 return code.

We cannot accept free returns other than Yurtiçi Kargo . For this reason, if you provide a return with a cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the refund will be made by deducting the return shipping fee from the product price.

After the products reach us, they will be examined and the cost of the products returned in accordance with the specified conditions will be refunded to you within 5 business days. Please note that your refund may take longer to complete depending on your bank's refund procedure.

If the package is damaged in cargo, the package should not be received and a report should be submitted to the representative of the cargo company.  If the cargo company representative thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged and request that the situation be determined with a report. Once the package is received by you, it is deemed that the cargo company has performed its duty properly.
